Our Students Participate in TACSC Leadership Conference

June 24, 2022 by Carmen Hart

TACSC (The Association of Catholic Student Councils) is a nonprofit Catholic Leadership organization, whose mission is to develop moral leaders who positively impact the world. Three of our Jr. High Leader Students participated in the annual TACSC Overnight Camp this week, June 23 to June 26. They are Getsemani Sanchez, 7th grade, Benjamin Argueta, 6th grade, and Jadden Herrera, 5th grade, all CEF recipients. We thank the Dominican Sisters Vision of Hope (VOH) for making this great opportunity possible to our students. The Summer Leadership Conference brings together future leaders, from 5th, 6th, 7th grades, and are guided on their leadership journey by a seasoned and well-trained staff of high school and college students. Their unique peer-to-peer delivery empowers students to develop critical skills, including goal setting, time management, communication and public speaking.

Congratulations!  We bring out the best through Christ! We are so proud of our student leaders and who they will become!
